The Kingdom of God, is it
really among us already? Our world doesn't really look like it most of the
times. And still, I am sure I am not the only one who has had moments when God
was so close and life was so good and so perfect. This may have been a day at
the beach, an evening with friends or when in the midst of grief, there was a
light that gave comfort. Or is it a promise of something yet to come? And will
we be fit to enter the Kingdom of God?
In the empires of mankind
there are rules on who is allowed to enter. There are visa to acquire, payments
to make and too many pay with their lives trying to get to a better land.
Last weekend, I met with
Michael from Hungary and Jiri in Switzerland to prepare this year's European
Bible Week which will take place from July 5 to 9 in Berlin. Hopefully we will
have as many nations gathered as in past years. Let us know your thoughts on
the Kingdom of God and the Empires of Man and if you have the time, come to Berlin
in July.
