Heute ist der 8. Mai - vor 70 Jahren kapitulierte das deutsche Reich, nachdem es Europa in Schutt und Asche gelegt hatte. In diesen Tagen findet der Bibeldialog für Angehörige von Menschen mit Behinderten statt und es ist ein gutes Gefühl, dass unsere Freunde aus den Niederlanden wieder und diesmal auch ein Teilnehmer aus Tschechien dabei sind. Es ist ein besonderer Grund dankbar zu sein, dass unser tschechischer Freund anregte, gemeinsam zu singen und einander ein Friedenzeichen zu geben.
Today is May 8th, 70 years ago the German Reich admitted defeat and the war ended. These days, a group of parents of people with disabilities are taking part in a Bible dialogue in Berlin and we are esepcially happy for our participants from the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. it fills us with gratitude that it was our Czech friend who suggested to commemorate the day by a song on reconciliation and forgiveness and by giving each other a sign of peace.
